Hansel and Gretel In the Brothers Grimm fairy tale Hansel and Gretel , the two children leave a trail of breadcrumbs to find their way out of the forest. Unfortunately, in the story the breadcrumbs were eaten by birds, thus making this a less-than-ideal navigational aid . In their first foray into the forest they used white pebbles , certainly a superior navigational aid to using breadcrumbs

Microsoft has finally revealed the finished EU Browser Ballot Screen, and it’s set to begin rolling out next week. Microsoft came under fire last year from the EU about shipping Windows 7 with Internet Explorer pre installed.

Microsoft has released a hotfix for Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008 R2 users who are experiencing issues when burning dual layer DVDs in the operating system. Some Windows users experience a time-out when they try to burn DVD-R Dual Layer discs in Windows Explorer and in applications that use IMAPI v2 (Image Mastering API version 2.0)
